A quick note to all the steal city grapplers out there, get yourselves down and take advantage of two world class instructors at Gracie Barra Sheffield every two weeks!

Cheers John and congratulations to everyone else who got a belt! Didn't you also get a stripe that you missed out of that list? See you all at training.

Just thought I'd add to the Gracie Barra love in (it's better than working)! Great class yesterday - I remember nothing! Congrats to everyone. Psychologically I will feel much better now getting beaten up by blue belts.
Cheers every one for the congratulations, less so for the whipping :) and all though its starting to sound like a broken record, well done every one.
Noel completly forgot to ask, is the offer to use the mats open for Saturdays? only really free at weekends during the day due to work and I guess you might be a bit busy Sundays :)

Hey Jim, Saturday afternoon is possible as the place is closed-but I have the keys! Remember belt whippers-revenge is a dish best served cold!!
master of little man BJJ goes to leo viera or marcelo garcia (I'm a close 3rd though;) )
John is too modest to mention his 3rd stripe
Well deserved to all the guys who got promoted (some WAY overdue)
Greg, i didn't want to insult Lagarto by publically declining the stripes. A belt is just there to hold your trousers up. i have a nice black one at home. It's leather too.:P
Well I free any time Saturday, what ever is best for you/any one else. Need to start training on Saturdays as soon as possible before me girlfriend gets used to me being around now I am not working weekends :)

Well done fellas, is there any no-gi training still on or is it all pyjama work? I dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago but should be back soon.
Jon C
Last time I went Wednesday was no gi night, although I haven't been on a Wednesday for a few weeks so not completely sure.
