OK, it was in Germany, but as they are considerably more efficient than we are I guess we could probably do much better. I reckon 27 years.

As a contractor for British Steel, and all the companies that followed it's sale, there are plenty who worked there that could top the "did nowt for 14 years," some of its workers made a career out of dodging work.
