Can anyone give me any details about parking outside Ibis in the public car park? We'd be arriving around 6 on Saturday night, and leaving around 11 on Sunday morning. How much are we likely to have to pay? Is it safe to leave your car there? Thanks!

i think they charge 1.10 an hour (sorry my keyboards pound sign doesnt work)
but thats only between 8am and about 7pm if i remember rightly, overnight its free :-)

I live within a 10 minute walking distance from the car-park and have seen on a couple of occasions now spashed windows on the cars in the car park, and one occasion i even saw a couple of blokes smash a window and nick a bag and run off!

So im not sure about how safe the car park is, but judging on wat ive seen i wouldnt park there in a million yrs, i guess if you dont leave any valuables in view you could be safer???
