Does anyone know of any aerobics classes? Preferably not at the big gyms (eg Greens, Esporta etc) Looking to start going with a friend but can't seem to find one.

From my experience, you need to be careful about aerobics outside of organised gyms. They don't always have insurance and if they use a school hall, can have remains of what ever else was used that day (sand, glue, lunch). However they can also be very cheap.

there are several council run ones @
1)westfield sports centre
2)killmarahs leisure centre
3)graves tennis & leisure club.

Give u sport a try it has loads of different classes to try and you don't need a membership. Most classes are £3 have a look at the website www.usport.co.uk
