I thought it was fairly common knowledge, like previous years.

Is there anything in particular you need to know, other than that its crap?

The Games starts on Friday, 17 March, with preview programmes, The Games: Celebrities in Pain starting tonight on E4 at 8 p.m.

I only watched the last couple of shows of the first series, but I was hooked, and have watched the last two series avidly, including some of the live feeds on E4.

Can't wait for Friday:clap:

Another Star Studded Line Up I See:

Competing to be the champions of The Games 2006 will be:

Amanda Lamb, Bernie Nolan, Javine, Michelle Gayle and Liberal Democrat MP Julia Goldsworthy, Adam Rickitt, Jade Jones, Radio One DJ, JK (Jason King) Peter Duncan, and MC Plat'num aka Marcel Somerville from the Blazin' Squad

Is it just me, or can things get any worse?

its not so much focussed on the celebs though unlike celeb bb and IACGMOH! its more focused on the sporting side which in my view doesnt make it that bad

I've just got tickets to go and see the games at Ponds Forge - thought the diving would be fun like previous years. Although I think Ponds Forge are now sold out, I believe there are still tickets for other events at other venues if you want to go in person. I got tickets from 0114 2565656.

Didn't Peter Duncan and Adam Ricketts do well! Well done Jade Jones as well.

Michelle Gayle really deserves to be first in the kayaking, considering her previous phobia to deep water....good on her!

I really enjoy The Games each year...usually SF user 'Endemol' comes on to plug their own show to us Sheffielders before it starts...ticket sales etc....:suspect:

We have bought tickets for EIS - Kendo/Cycling on Sunday...I would never go to Don Valley again as last year it was freezing cold and the speakers werent working at our end so we couldn't hear what was going on.

I wish they'd sack Jamie 'Thicko' though and let JLC do the whole shebang!! He's so funny....:hihi: :loopy:

is it just me or is javine coming across as a real spoilt bi*** she refuses to congratulate the others on there achievments and now wont even sleep in the same room.then she expects them all to be all over her when she wins.her true colours are really showing her for what she is.maybe jordan was right about what went on in eurivosion heats with her last year after all.adam rickett looks awfully ill btw

i thought i was the only one who thought that about javine, she's so far up her own backside, she'll be brushin her teeth with a toilet brush. As for adam, hasnt he lost that gorge body he had Back in the 'breathe again' days.
Diving last night though was brill. really enjoyed it, Adam didnt half look soar though after hitting the water badly.
Michelle Gayle was just attension seeking in the girls swim i thought, she stopped and started again, probably just to get the sympathy vote.

Im egging on Bernie Nolan 2 Win.....Shes Great :P

I've noticed this about Javine. As I've been at home during the day, I've been able to watch the training sessions in the morning, and where all the other women follow instructions, Javine just does her own thing, usually appearing to be showing off.

Amanda Lamb really gets on my nerves as well ~ when is she going to stop moaning?

Michelle Gayle made a comment in the E4 show last night about not eating ~ yes, I have to agree, she does appear to be attention-seeking!

Bernie Nolan is my favourite of the women, but then I tend to back the underdog in these things.

I'm sure, in the days of "Breathe Again", Adam Ricketts had more bulk ~ these days he looks so skinny. However, considering that he only had two weeks' of training, and the rest had four months, he's really doing well, and it must have taken some guts to go to the 10m board last night.

Peter Duncan is doing brilliantly. Considering his age, he seems so much fitter than most of the other men.

Have to say that I am finding it hard to finding a favourite amongst the men ~ they're all doing brilliantly imo.

Well....that's it for another year.

Highlight of tonight's show, was Shane's dive ~ brilliant.

Javine needs taking down a peg or two. Okay, she's a very good athlete, but she acted like a spoilt brat all the way through the last nine days.

Another highlight, which was in this afternoon's "heats" show on E4, was Justin Lee Collins diving off one of the higher boards ~ can't remember whether it was the 5m or 7.5m, but it was quite a good dive considering he'd had no training, and was only copying what the others had been doing.

Can't wait for next year.

I like the games but not really had chance to watch it this year apart from the E4 show on after the actual games part. Justin Lee Collins is such a top presenter, made me laugh so much.
