A real Irish pub not a theme pub. The Irish Heartland is open all day. Breakfast being served in the morning. Live music all day. The Irish Heartland (formerly The Alexandra) are open all day. Starting with St Patrick's Day Breakfast. Live music in the afternoon and a live band playing in the evening. Get there early to get in!!!! Will be fantastic day. come and enjoy it with us.

:thumbsup: its down on Exchange Street. Opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel. out of the way I know but its an Irish pub run by the Irish and who else knows how to celebrate St Patrick's Day better than the the Irish.

whos playing music in the afternoon, we usually go to Fagans n the Dog on st paddys day with my family (the o'malleys), we all play together on st patricks day and have done since I can remember. any ideas?

Ive been to THE HEARTLAND and its great, I dont dont know Sarah Gaffney but I think her Dad is very well known. My wife is Irish through and through her blood is coloured GREEN WHITE & GOLD, My Son-in-Law Paraic is just like my wife, he IS Ireland personified!!

if you been to the Irish HEartland then you must know Sarah Gaffney. She really really good looking brunette and is lovely woman. Her husband always there too. He lovely man also. Her Dad is quite famous, heard he very articulate and published man. although never be quite as famous as his daughter.

Will be no St Patrick's Day Breakfast on Friday. but can still get food in there. opening at 11am
