Hi there, I'm a journalism student at Sheffield University, and have been assigned Firth Park as my patch of the city for this semester.

Basically between now and June I have to keep an eye out for anything newsworthy going on in that area, to write 4 stories to go towards my assessment.

If anyone knows of anything going on, any trouble, any planning proposals, or anything thats changed recently in the area, for better or worse, I would appreciate your help.

As I have only been in the city since September, I, to be honest am still trying to work out where Firth Park exactly is!

Any ideas/info would go down a treat!!
