I live in a northern counties property and it is fantastic, when i came to view the property that i now live in it needed totally repainting through out, that job was done for me before i signed the tenancy, they have a fantastic support service for tennants, any repairs are dealt with within 24 hours and the security in the complex i live is second to none. the city council could not offer that service. northern counties i would say as a tennant are the best landlords in the city and worth every penny the charge me for rent.

As you know, I have a Northern Counties House. The rent is more than the council and some other housing associations, but so far, in my two year tenancy they have been spot on with repairs. The house is nicely modernised and good quality fittings are used. I always speak to the same nominated person and the only gripe I have is that I want a bigger house and so far one hasnt come up, though I am supposed to be top of the list.

yeah i got 65 pts on nbh, 75 on syha, and 20 on nc, and im supposed to be near top !just trying to hear peoples views thats all of who have, or have done with these landlords, i hear good and bad for most of them to be honest, thanks anywya.:)

with regard to syha, does any1 have a flat in walkley or hillsborough with them?, im down for these areas, whats the flat like if you live here, thanks for your time.:)

whats syha going rate for a 2-3 bedroom?

I live in a Northern Counties part ownership house in Hackenthorpe.
I cant say a bad word about them as well yet.. we havent had any need of any repairs or anything since we moved in a year ago so watch this space.
