I am a keen ( but not very good) player, who plays once a week but would like to play at least another one or two sessions,

I am looking for a fairly average player around my own age (40)
to try to get a little fitter with
I play at ponds forge or hillsborough

anyone interested in helping a 40 something bloke get a little fitter??????

Why don't you join a club?

Abbeydale Badminton Club - Play at Abbeydale sports club, its about £100 year membership and you just turn up an play with whoever is there. So if you play once a week its £2 a week!
There is all standards there from Brilliant to beginner, they have different nights so you dont end up playing with some superfit top player.

I play with a couple of mates but only once a week, just don't have time to fit in another night.

just need a knock about, respiratory overload and an attempt to get rid of the lbs
