Seems absolute twaddle, how do they expect someone with a family to move in to an appartment so they dont have to use private transport? They may as well rebuild Kelvin flats!!!!!!!!:loopy: :loopy:

Not the most riveting rread of all time but I am trying to understand it. This document is supposed to inform people about things that are due to happen within the city but it isn't the most user friendly document I've come across. I'll have another stab at it tomorrow.
