Did anyone record this on any format? My Freeview box pixellated at crucial moments making it unwatchable so if anybody has recorded it I can collect from most areas of Sheffield.

Sorry Max didn't record it, but don't think it was that good. As usual half way through I wandered off to do something, came back and had completely lost the plot. When I saw that weird woman and her son who were murdered in one of the very first episodes on it again I thought someone had slipped something in my drink for a minute. I think they're running out of actors they haven't killed off and they're having to dig them up again, it's getting like Neighbours :hihi:

I was going to post something along the very same lines. It was a disappointment, and I generally love the quirkiness of 'Midsomer Murders'. The best bit was thinking 'oooh look, that's the bloke who was in 'Pride and Prejudice' '. I hope the next one is better.
