What is Epworth like to live in ?
I am thinking of moving there with family and would appreciate any comments from people who know what the village is like

Is this the village near Doncaster?

I've been half a dozen times - have an auntie there.

Small, thriving, quite "well to do". Downside is nearest (or easiest to get to) town of any size is Scunthorpe. Can be very chilly when the wind blows from the east - wouldn't like to be there this week.

Very quiet village with a nice pub that used to do nice meals at reasonable prices on some evenings - cant remember the name of the place, but think there was only one. I know it has some sort of historic church/churchyard as an artist friend of mine did some pictures of it ages ago. It looks like the sort of place people retire to.
