I'm a 30 year old, single, owner occupier, prof female looking for similar male, female to share with me and my cat Nether Edge / Abbeydale.
The room is a huge attic with ensuite shower room - all newly decorated.

Is the room still available?? If it is I'd be interested in having a look. I'm looking for a place to move into ASAP. Is the room furnished, or unfurnished?
