Does anyone own, or has owned an electric recliner sofa?

We are thinking of buying one but can't help but think they will have high repair costs if the recliner system ever develops a fault.

Anyone who owns(ed) one ever have a problem with them?

Are we worrying about nothing?

I bought one about 3 years ago maybe less and cost me 1600 quid.
The middle one does not recline and the motors on the other two are connected to there own batterys which plug into the wall individually.
I have had no problem with mine but the battery also works with batterys if you get my jiff and its them that need replacing after a while.
