I have just started to encounter a problem on starting up my P.C. The following message appears every time I go on it,

c:\program~1\newdot~1\newdot~2dll

specified module could not be found

has any of the members any Idea what it means and how to fix it?
also when I right click on any of my desktop icons they just flash down but will not hold, after several minutes they do drop down and hold but again why is it happening?

Don't suppose you use Kazaa by any chance? If so it sounds from this (http://www.newbie.org/help/messages/6781.html) that you have some nasty spyware on your comp that is buggering stuff up :(

Yeah u need to follow instructions at http://www.newdotnet.net/ which describes which packages on your machine may have introduced the spyware etc and how to solve the problem[examples include some shopping sites, BearShare, iMesh, KaZaA, Go!Zilla, Babylon, Cydoor, Gdivx, and WebShots]
