Is it an ensuite room? I am looking for an ensuite double room near West street.

its not an en suite room, however, my room is en suite, so i dont use the main bathroom, so that would be entirely for the new tenant.
Would be initally a 6 month let starting from July time i think. possible earlier.

Hi, coolwill2k, would you mind if my boyfriend and I come live together in the room? How much is the rent? Any service charge? Any internet connection? We'd like to see the apartment asap if you don't mind a couple moving in. We're both studying at university. Ideally, we hope to move in June/July, or could be earlier if you prefer (but we'll have to give a 1 month notification to our current landlord anyway). Shall we arrange a viewing?
