Depends on how much you wont to spend.
Nvidia 6200-6800 I class as mid range perfect for all games 80-160qid(very good cards).
Nvidia 7800 High spec cards loads of money..

ATI cards are nearly the same as nvidia but all have different specs to each other there are a few to choose from but it all depends on your budget I would spend about 180qid for a graf card I have the top spec FX card and its still to slow i wish i saved a bit more money
