How much should i be paying for a conservatory ? - say 12 ft x 12 ft.

complete job - base/supply/installation/elect/plaster - just wondered what sort of budget figure(£) i should use.

Don't forget the cost of getting planning permission ;)

What about for double glazing a conservatory ? as we are buying a house that is just single glazed ? it is 7'5" x 14'11".

Most conservatory's come with double glazed units and 25mm polycarb ceiling panles. We had a 3.25 x 3.25m conservatory and was quoted from £6.5k to £10k. We paid £7800 from All Seasons who i'd recommend.
