OFSTED have to pass their Youth Club and After School Club.

The staff running the after school club are great and really good with kids, but are help back by the management as they have not got the first idea how to run anything to do with children, the young persons develop manager should be sacked.

The ater school club workers have nothing to do with the kids because the development manager keep interferin and ownt buy nothing, so its more like a class room, and the youth club has been wrecked off by 16 year old chavs smoking weed and whatever outside the door and fighting inside, the staff just let them get away with it, the youth club now is like a 70s hostel.

I don't like the whole youth development manager thing that places like lowedges do. With 16 year old chavs smoking weed they are either a) stupid, b) bored or c) both. too much time is spent on development programmes etc, a classroom with a few board games is not going to grab the attention of the youth of today, particularly when they have grown up watching Friends with places like Central Perk. All the place needs is someone to give these kids a chance and make them believe that they have the potential.
