i've got to say i had a great night esp in room 3 (latin, regae, etc) and the drum & bass, what a banging night

please go along people, we've got to get the night a better venue than corp, not everybody likes dirt! i really hope sheffield gets a venue like The Bomb in Nottingham, small cheap and clean with great beats, nuff said.

any comments?

Ah, I was thinking about going to this event... but was seriously put off by the thought of going to corp... (Mainly due to skankiness as you pointed out.)

Anyway, were there many "salsa" people about? I understand they were trying to persuade them to attend by offering free entry on the guestlist. Presumably so that they'd get some ppl who know their stuff onto the dancefloor....

Anyway, for another night with a latin groove, you can try heading down to Mas Adelante. Arranged by the same people who brought you Adelante @ The Forum...

I went and had a wicked night! Strange name for a night but a comedy one.

Hadn't been in the new extended room before, can't believe the size of it! Pity the sound didn't seem to travel well in there, also it could do with some air con as I imagine it would be minging in there when its at full capacity.

Anyone know if theres a 'fat ickle baby' number 2?
