Can anyone recommend a simple hit counter to sit on a web page and simply count the number of page impressions.

There seem to be hundreds out there but they all want something in return like a link to their site etc.

lets you creat visible or invisible counters.

Thanks but www.statcounter.com is much more complicated than I need - I'm looking for something ultra-simple.
