Ok i know this is SheffieldForum, but i'll levy a guess that theres a fair few Rotherhamers on this forum.

Basically i want to do an article/feature on Retail World, Parkgate, Rotherham (for those of you who know it), does anyone know of any contact numbers
, addresses or websites for the people who actually own the retal park?

Apparenlty the H.U.T (Hercules Unit Trust) has a lot to do with the retail park;

Hercules was created in September 2000 as a closed-ended Jersey property unit trust to invest in properties in major warehouse or shopping park locations in the United Kingdom. so who owns it then, Hercules or British Land?

As i understand it over-all ownership belongs to British land but under the HUT program.
