They had a stupid one on hallam fm this morning saying hallam fm had taken over rotherham united and they were going to be called hallam fm united. I arrived at work before it was actually announced as an april fools though.
The stupid one about water making you lose weight on the news and gmtv. How crap was that!

Course I can't talk...

One of the jokers in our scuba club sent out an email explaining that the hotel where some of our members would be staying was double booked.. and that they didn't think it fair to pick who should still go, the trip was cancelled..

Given that I've been desperate to get away and dive I was gutted and missed all the obvious clues...

The joker in question is likely to be checking his dry suit for extra lead weights before he dives the whole week... :P

Did you see the one on GMTV. They featured a story about a new kind of water that actually reduces fat and causes you to lose dreastic amounts of weight!

GMTV claim that as a result of their April Fool's Day story Yorkshire Water took 10,000 calls from members of the public enquiring about the "diet tap-water" and that the company's share price rose by 9p.

If there's a boat leaving, please tell me where and when.

Heard about it... apparently the water boards were being inundated with calls to get it installed..

Funny but then you realise people really are that stoopid :D
