This mornin went to get on the bus with my girl friend ( i was goin 3 stops ) with my dog. i got on at page hall and asked to go to oscarthorpe park off barnsley road and the driver said £1.45 to go 3 stops and 25p for my dog. Yet it only costs £1 to go to gower street on first buss. wot a rip off. £1.45 to go three stops

I honestly suspect the driver hadn't a clue where Osgathorpe Park is, hence he charged you the full whack!

Anyway, why not just walk up the hill from Page Hall? Do you and your dog the world of good ;)

Did you get on at page hall or firvale??.
If you got on at page hall you were charged the correct fare if you got on at firvale he was wrong ?.
And if you have been paying a £1 on first buses from page hall not firvale you have been paying the wrong fare!!!,you should be paying £1.50 as firvale is a fare zone. You have been lucky the inspector hasn't got on could be a £35 fine

Firvale is where the Fare Stages Changes, looking at what you have posted you was charged the right fare, and yes it is a BL**DY rip off in Sheffield
