I have a philips hdd06/05 mp3 player and I have to use the philips DMM software to add or remove songs but I can't seam to get it to work it's installed on my pc but when I click on the symbol on my destop it wont load up. I don't get any error messages it just doesn't come up

I tried unistaling the software and reistalling it but still no joy

Have a look on teh Phillips web site, there might be some troubleshooting advice on there, or an email/snail mail address to write to in the event that the software is foccacia'd (dun't work)

Try downloading the software from the Philips website - I had trouble using mine due to having songs saved at different bitrates.

i used to have to use the DMM software to get songs onto mine, then it stopped working, so i went onto the website to download the software and its worked fine since then!

it working now I think doing it via musicmatch
