FairyNormal 30-03-2004, 12:05 Could be oral thrush (trip to docs if it is) or Sometimes you can get them from eating too much sugary stuff. Rinse mouth regularly with salt water should help. Lou 30-03-2004, 12:22 Are they REALLY small and quite sore? If it's what I'm thinking of then I remember reading somewhere that you can get them if you're not getting enough Vitamin B. I used to get them quite a lot. I took the lazier option of starting taking a Vitamin B complex supplement (rather than changing my diet!). And I haven't had any since. fonit4e 30-03-2004, 13:06 yea tiny white and sore i shall look into vitamin b and its uses (i should remember i was a nutrition student :-) ) Sam Miguel 30-03-2004, 17:38 Originally posted by Lou Are they REALLY small and quite sore?
