You just need to click on "report this post" and one of the mods will pick up your request asap.

You can either use the Report this post button or the Contact us button (which seems to be working now).

IMO, that thread should be pulled, because it has gone totally off-topic anyway. All it is now is quotes of posts made by the OP in another thread.

Yup, just report it. We often change titles to make them more descriptive or correct spollings etc.

Yes, use the "Report this Post" button and it will be dealt with. "Contact Us" goes to the Admins only, so for simple things, use the "Report".

If you have already contacted the help desk, you can log in to see any replies that admin have given. You enter your email address to do this, however, email notifications are sent when you have a reply anyway.

You get a ticket number as soon as you fill out the contact us section form. Once you have filled out the form, you will be given a ticket number, and also the ticket number will be emailed to you. You can log in via the email notification you receive, or via the contact us section at the bottom.

Yes, Geoff and I did some modifications to the Help Desk / Contact Us facilities last night. We now have a form to fill in when you contact us, rather than using an email. This helps us avoid spam.

When you raise an issue through 'Contact Us' an email will be sent to you containing a Ticket Number and a link to a page where you can see what's happening on any issues you've raised with teh helpdesk.

For issues with posts and threads, use the 'Report this post' link.
For other questions or problems, wither PM one of the Mods or use Contact Us.

I've just learned something else about the help desk messages ~ I've had to use the Contact Us button because I am being constantly logged off this morning (even while I'm typing a reply to a message), which I reported, but later realised that I had something to add to my message about the fact that it seems to be about every 15 minutes.

If you call up the ticket, it gives the option to add another message....brilliant :clap:
