So the government have announced that as from may 2007 you will not be allowed to smoke in any pub/club/restaurant, do you think this is a good idea or like me feel that its the final nail in the licensed trades coffin?

1)Good Idea
2)Bad Idea
3)Should've gone for partial ban as first proposed

Should've searched first, this has already been done, if a mod would delete

So 400,000 have manged to quit due to the smoking ban, this surely shows the goverment was right to ban it in public places.

smoking ban = good
But there are a lot of sorry looking outdoor areas full of smokers... some venues have not been able to provide in an aestheticaly pleasing way...
Did i spell that correctly?
