hi I need some help from those of you who follow a WW diet please. I'm trying to get back on WW but without paying subscription this time. Problem is I don't know what every food item is worth in points.
How many points is a scone worth roughly?
Nutella spread?
Guylian chocolates?
I'm really trying to cut down all the biscuits /cakes but want to keep some as a treat.
:)
hiya,i don't know the points for these but i think i have got one of those cardboard trackers lying around so that you can check items out yourself from the food labels.if you would like me to send it to you just pm your address to me and il post it on to you.

I did have several sheets with points on for food, not sure where I have put it, but will hunt it out.
You may find this site of some use
Points system (http://www.alexnolan.net/software/pointscalc.htm)

the points depend on your age, weight and height etc etc. The link in my last post, I believe helps to work out how many you can have.
Eeeek cream eggs :gag: I am sure they are more than 3 pts
I am allowed around 24 pts per day.
I found my sheets : Scones are 3pts each
Chocolate is 2 squares 14g = 1.5pts
If anyone needs to know what points a certain food item is, ask away.

If you tell me the calories & saturated fat in 100g of those things, I'll tell ya how many points.
I have an electronic Weight Watchers points database and points calculator gathering dust (much prefer Slimming World!)
First person to PM me with their address can have it.
Edit: Calculator has now been snapped up!
I have the points CD and a spreadsheet that works it all out.
The points in food are no different, its the points you are allowed that is different.
I have lost 1 stone 2 lb in 5 weeks - week 6 update tommorrow night!!

There is a formula that you can use to calculate the points value of any food as long as you know the saturated fat and kcals. It goes like this:
(kcals /70) + (sat. fat. /4)
