View Full Version : Sadam in hunger strike!
RunningFree 14-02-2006, 12:21 Who cares if he is going on hunger strike?? At the end of the day he will do us all a favour and save lots of money looking after him. I hope he carry's it on and dies a slow painful death!
Just think of the thousands it will save wil trials and general looking after him!!!
Moon Maiden 14-02-2006, 12:25 awwwwwwwww shame my heart bleeds :suspect:
LordChaverly 14-02-2006, 12:48 I believe Brady, another vile creature, has been on hunger strike for some time now and that the authorities are force feeding him. If keeping him alive in this way is more painful to him, then it is a good idea. If not, he ought to be allowed to starve himself to death.
F--- him let him starve , as said save some time and money
slimsid2000 14-02-2006, 13:45 Let the bugger starve. One way or another he is going to die soon either at the hands of the hangman or by some other means.
Good ridence to bad rubbish!
Ungrateful fool!! That prison serves the best pork chops and sausages money can buy. What a waste. There's kids in Barnsley starving!!!!!!
chuffinel 14-02-2006, 17:53 It's a real shame that the soldier who discovered Saddam in his hidey hole didn't accidentally discharge his rifle at Saddam's head.
Well I doubt anyone really thought that the despot was gonna go down quietly did they ?
the_rudeboy 15-02-2006, 08:35 Lets just hope it leads to a long and painful death.
Phanerothyme 15-02-2006, 08:38 Lets just hope it leads to a long and painful death.
Which will come first though Saddam or Allied Credibility?
LordChaverly 15-02-2006, 09:19 It was probably a mistake to televise the trial 'live', as it has provided these micreants with a global platform which they do not deserve.
It's a real shame that the soldier who discovered Saddam in his hidey hole didn't accidentally discharge his rifle at Saddam's head.
Yep, in light of recent events, it's indeed a pity that Chickhenhawks like Dick Cheney avoided the US draft :hihi:
Is it true that when Saddam was found in a hole, Dick wanted to know if any oil was in there?

He can't even manage a clean shot from 5 yards with a shotgun it seems
RunningFree 15-02-2006, 09:41 I hope when the trial ends and he is sentenced to death it is shown on Tv all around the world. Just to watch his face before he dies, just to watch the fear in his eyes.
he has doen some horrible crimes and should be punished in the most horrific way possible!
steviewonder 15-02-2006, 09:44 I wish bush would go on hunger strike...

What of those Western leaders who were so keen to do business with Saddam, and supply him with those very same weapons they now criticise him for using in the first place?
Shouldn't they also be punished?
LordChaverly 15-02-2006, 10:11 He can't even manage a clean shot from 5 yards with a shotgun it seems
Cheney had five deferrals from the draft and never served a day in the US armed forces. I always thought that the reasons given had something to do with pursuit of his beautiful career. Perhaps he was just a lousy shot.

Yes, he has done sick crimes, and yes, he deserves what's coming to him, but personally, I wouldn't want to watch anyone die. :loopy: If you get pleasure out of watching him die, as graphically as you described it, does that not make you almost as bad?!
I agree with Abdul, to be fair. We can all sit here and speculate, but it was our leaders that gave him the means to commit those crimes. They had a chance to get rid of him years ago and did nothing about it, instead they fed him the arms he wanted.
sorry - your message left me feeling a little unsteady and unsafe. I hate what he's done and don't want him spared, and yes, in my opinion it would make more sense to let him starve than give him a quick way out (hanging) but I would NEVER want to see what you have described above, happen to anyone. Yes, I know it will happen - but I don't want to watch it!
Saddam was a typical Arab despot, who, had British and American diplomats the exquisite skills of their French counterparts, would still be our 'friend' and a useful bulwark against Wahabist Fundamentalist terror. He was a very naughty man, certainly, but that should be of no concern to Britain. Our foreign policy should be calculated strictly in terms of our own interests, and it was in our own interests not to interfere with the way he ran Iraq.
He is terribly brave to stage a hunger-strike, especially in view of his legendary 'sweet tooth'. How the poor soul must crave his Quality Street chocolates and his 'Icey Crem'.
Is the brave Saddam dead yet?
rocketpig 19-03-2006, 12:40 great news
surely starving to death is a horrible painful way to die
leave him to it is what I say
It's a real shame that the soldier who discovered Saddam in his hidey hole didn't accidentally discharge his rifle at Saddam's head.
If he'd been wearing a Union Jack t-shirt I can guarantee the Yank would have shot him, if the friendly fire incidents in Gulf War 1 and its poor sequel Gulf War 2 were anything to go by.
firecracker 19-03-2006, 12:51 Never mind, when he descends to Hell, he'll be reminded of the 2.5 million victims of his wicked rule. It is no accident that nearly all Muslim countries are ruled by vile kleptocratic despots, and are backward and impoverished. Their populations have been brought up to believe that they're superior to infidels and can't come to terms with the fact that they're 1,000 years behind the likes of Europe, the US, Canada, Israel, Australia and Japan - and that partially fuels their violence. Of course, Muslim populations worship despots - and the more barbaric these despots are - the more loved they seem to be - and they have no aspirations to reach our levels of development - they only want to drag us infidels down to their level.
You'll notice that I brought the thread back up because the first report of him going on hunger strike was a over a month ago.
As he's still going strong he obviously he didn't fancy a slow death very much so I assume that he's back on the pie and chips?
LordChaverly 19-03-2006, 13:11 Is the brave Saddam dead yet?
Well, he hardly looked on the verge of death in court this week, when he was fulminating against the US and its allies. I thought he had called off his hunger strike anyway. He knows as well as anyone that he will be found guilty and executed, but probably sees no reason to go quietly, thanks to the (probably) mistaken decision to televise the trial live.
As for him being brave, well, he went to extraordinary lengths to protect himself from harm during his presidency.
Perhaps we could send over a case of Hendersons? He might turn into a changed man once he sees the light.
