I keep getting pop ups from www.sgrunt.biz, I've run spybot, adaware and microsoft antispyware (I think a beta program?) but can't get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions about what might help (and apologies if this is a very dense question - I'm not especially computer literate)

It's a virus, anti-spyware stuff won't get rid of it, you need to do a virus scan with your anti-virus app (I assume you have one?) and get rid with that.

thankyou - I've run a virus scan and that found nothing so I'll have a go at the next suggestion
