They do sealed units to order - you can't just buy the glass and fit it yourself, it comes as a sealed unit, ie. both pieces of glass already fixed in an aluminium frame sealed with rubber trims.

Can't you just get a pane like you do when you get a replacement Velux pane. All it is two bits of glass stuck together.

The sealed unit also has dessicant inside the frame to keep the air dry. Otherwise your just going to get condensation.

By double glazed unit, I mean just that. The glass glued together with the glazing bar in between.
