Can anyone (like a plumber) fit me an outside tap?

I've bought one of those kits from B&Q for a tenner but to be honest, I'm really crap when it comes to DIY - I'd much rather someone who knew what they were doing come and do it for me.

Please PM me - very approximate cost would be great. My main problem is that I don't have a drill or any masonary bits (my kitchen, sink/pipes is right where I want the tap).
