West One or Royal Plaza? IIRC the flats in West One are approx £500 a month plus bills, but you do get a luxury pad for that with all mod cons. I don't live there myself, I'd never be able to afford or live up to the prestige of living somewhere like that. AtticusFinch 12-02-2006, 11:32 When I was looking for a new flat, I enquired about Royal Plaza. There was a girl from this forum who was looking for a room mate in a two bedroom flat there. This was one of the corner ones with the balconies that overlook West Street, and the rent was £375 pcm each. I didn't get to look at the flat though. I also went to look at one of the uQubes in West One and they wanted £475 pcm. :o It wasn't even that big! Worst of all though, when I'd initially enquired at the office, they said it'd be £375 pcm. It was only on the day I got there for the viewing that they told me it was £475 pcm. I knew instantly that I couldn't take that, regardless of what the flat was like, so I only looked at it out of curiosity/nosyness. :) rosepetal 12-02-2006, 13:58 i heard about some flats near the west street which cost about 65pw excluding bills, but i don't know the names and can't find any relevant info.. spicey 13-02-2006, 09:02 Which complex are you looking at?
