December sees the first Blend Supper Club, a fundraising event which creates a restaurant atmosphere and offers a luxury meal in a secret venue in Sharrow. Arrive at 7pm on Friday 2nd December, be entertained with live music and magician, sample a delicious four course meal, meet new people and relax! The tempting menu for the night is as follows:

Squash risotto with sage and parmesan

Pan fried Trout with spinach and a hazelnut and lemon beurre noisette

Lamb Chops with sweet potato mash, ratatouille and sauce vierge
or Wild Mushroom, spinach and goats cheese tart with Spanish style lentils.

Chocolate mousse

Come along for a night to remember and invite your family and friends. The supper club costs £25 and £10 deposit is required to secure your place, including a four course meal and free glass of wine. All profits will be put towards creating culinary events and classes, in the future for the whole community.
