I normally go for the head first on a Gingerbread Man.

Which bit do you normally go for?

Always the head. Not eaten one for years though.

Firstly... will pick eyes and buttons out as they are nasty! dont do currants! Then torment it within an inch of its life then..slowly munch it... but they are pretty naff arnt they. can think of nicer bunnage!

Oh the head every time, making 'grrrr' noises as I rip it off.

More times than not I usually start with the head, but I also like to toy with them by nibbling the buttons of etc.

A recent street-survey conducted in Scunthorpe suggests that almost 75% of gingerbreadmen-afficionados begin by devouring the head and then move on to to the legs immediately afterwards.

12% chew off the buttons first and the remaining 13% admit to primarily tackling the legs.

For me it's always the arms first, then the legs, body and last of all the head.

Mind you, I much prefer jelly babies ........... head first every time!!!

Only 5% of scunnybunnies actually knew what a gingerbread man was! the other 95% thought he was a delivery man for Don Millers( local bakery)

feet, the head usually has all the nice stuff on like either chocolate bits for eyes of icing if its a more expensive one for hair and face so i save this bit til last

Firstly eroding the the limbs nibble by nibble ... keeping him alive as long as possible ... before going in for the kill (head).

I'm with the torturers :wink: the legs and arms go first, then the body, and the head last of all. But it's the head first everytime with a jellybaby :lol:

Start at the bottom and work my way up, ie eat the legs first, then the torso, then the arms and then the noggin.

I just opened up my Gingerbread man and he is disabled (missing an arm). I feel cheated :(

don't any of you contemplate keeping and nuturing it - in time you may consider it as one of your own, i mean they are alive, so the story goes anyhow - which i trust it's not fictitious :loopy:

Actually not had one for years :sad: I feel slightly sad to destroy all the pretty icing.... Mmmmm the candy buttons

Im more of a wagon wheel gal myself, not the marshmellow things but the vanila/chocolate type spiral biscuits whoooo mamma, always had em at school and they were the finest things on the menu (which consisted mainy of chips, chips, chips, chips, unidentifyable stew and chips) went slighty off topic there naymind! :D
