anyone know what happened to mr jenkins? i heard he had gone to teach in ethiopia?

i was in his class in about 1989-1990 and i feel so guilty as we were wicked as kids and played many practical jokes on him.

i just wonder how he is and what he is doing now.

When I was there he was my form teacher and he taught humanities...

There was a Peter Jenkins who taught science in the 60's, shouldn't think he's around now.
Decent sort of a guy, you could have a laugh with him and he was a good teacher.

I remember the Mr Jenkins you are talking about - I think he taught social sciences /history/geography. Not sure what happened to him though.

You mean Dobber Jenkins? Wound him up so much he locked himself in the cupboard many times. I was there around 89-90 as well

i left in 1989 & don't remember a mr jenkins?? my form teacher was mr tompkins the pe teacher..he was lovely.

i remember dobber. lol. he was there when i was at myrtle in 95-2000. cant remember much about him though.

We had mixed classes for sex education cos there was a shortage of staff at the time, Miss Leach's overly graphic demonstration of how to insert a tampon will haunt my nightmares forever.
