Looks as though they may finaly put the CSA to bed.... my Sis. works for them on high profile cases but She tells me that on the regular ones that staff have to meet targets and in turn if they cannot trace or contact a subject then they tend to concentrate on the ones they can, thus letting an awful lot of people out of the net ( how you can set targets for performance in this environment is beyond me.... I mean it's hardly sales ) apparently the computer system is totaly rubbish but the Management is the real problem and my friend confirms this for me.... I suppose if you know you can target an individual for a response instead of wasting time on one who won't respond and you are on a target.... what would you do?

If they ever link it to the Inland revenue and DHSS then it won't be a moment too soon.

They should use the same system as in Australia, it works and would not cost any where near as much. It's a bloody farce and heads should roll. Instead the new great idea is to pass the debt to debt collectors! That's another stupid idea, makes me mad and I don't even have kids!

ive been waiting since 2004, they phoned me to admit that they put the wrong name on the form and she sent it back to them as knot known at this address :loopy: pathetic
