While out walking the dog I passed a car with a pile of postcards in the window relating to hatred of a certain section of the international community ,although as a white person I am not allowed to say anything against a certain section of the population I would like to report it to the relevant authorities as I dont like this kind of thing going on in Sheffield. Any idea who would be the best people to report this to
