If anyone has been to the Comedy Club at the Lescar they will know what I am talking about, it is ABSOLUTLY HILARIOUS. It is one of Sheffield best kept sort of secrets as whoever I mention it to doesnt know anything about it. The compare is Pheonix Nights & Radio Sheffields very own Toby Foster who is **** funny too. It is well worth a visit so come along and have a chuckle. I will be there on thursday 25th so see you there (Black spikey hair, 5' 6", square glasses, blue jean jacket, black top, black trousers & rigga boots) Its not that I plan my outfit, just aint got owt else clean!!

If your new in town this will be a very enlightening little find

Err, hardly a celeb.

But glad you like the gig. We work hard at it, and it's nice to know that it's appreciated.

Uncleheed,

You will find the Lescar on Sharrovale Road which runs parallel to Eccelesall Road. Head uip Ecclesall Road from Town, take a left at Nonna's, go up the road to the junction and turn Right. You will see the Lescar about 20 yards up on the Left.

That sounds good as many people seem to not have had the privilage of seeing the acts due to tickets selling like hot cakes. Hope tonights acts are good ones too. If you read this b4 2nite, who is on??

See you there Toby :)

Last night was excellent, again!

I really enjoyed the last fella who was on, that open mic fella was excellent too, especially considering that it was only his third gig!

Big up Toby and the others who put this excellent night on! :D

http://www.tobyfoster.clara.net/index.html

There you'll find info on booking ,whos on and also reviews.
I go about twice a month and i find it funny as ****. Ive only ever seen one bad comic theyre ,toby may remember him he was a jewish lad from london who was at the lescar a few months back.
Also saw Ross Noble a few weeks back who was one of the most funny blokes ive ever seen ,a man who can talk for about half an hour about taping meat to his face and wiping sweat from his face and make it funny is a genius in my books!

If you try between 10-10:30 friday morn you'll deffo get a ticket ,im going this week and i know it'll be a great way to spend £6 well worth it.
