Me and our lass moved in with each other about two years ago, we knew each other very well before hand and even better now we live in sin - she can read me like a book and vice versa.

I've been sat rumaging through the myriad CDs and have found a copy of Elton John's Something about the way you look tonight/Candle in the wind 1997 - In loving memory of Diana, Princess of Wales. :gag:

Now this comes as a bit of a shock as we both despise the royals beyond belief and invariably just the sight of queen on tv can ellicit one of us muttering "Parasite!". I'm going to have a good giggle with this when she gets back from work but has anyone else been suprised by their other half even when they thought they knew them inside out?

I've recently discovered that my husband knows most of the words to almost every Westlife song which is quite freaky.....

He's never admitted to being a Westlife fan and he doesn't even own a Westlife album (or not one that I'm aware of anyway! )

It's bizarre because he usually listens to stuff like Linkin Park! Odd.....:loopy:

I needn't not say much more than 'Osmands'

Do you mean in a "Kato" style, launching attacks from behind the sofa?:)

You may jest Teafan, but one of my old housemates saw me from the house walking down the road after work. She hid under the table and let me wander about the house for a bit before reaching out and grabbing my leg.

You've never seen a more pitiful sight than a grown man squealing like a little girl - Oh the shame!:(

Hilarious :D :D :D

After 43 years of marriage I'm not really expecting any surprises but were it not for fear of giving her a heart attack I'm very tempted by that one. On second thoughts perhaps not, - the table is in the kitchen and I'd probably end up wearing a bent frying pan :(
