Right, this isn't for me, as I personally can use HTML/PHP.

My Dad needs to set up a web site, no cost.
Unfortunately, I don't have anywhere near enough time to set it up at the moment. He doesnt need the bandwidth for now - and doesnt expect much traffic.

All it needs is to be simplistic and easy to use! like one of the old Geocities sites - but nicer looking.

Any ideas for him?

Personally I'd use some out of the box open source package, similar to what I've done for my site.

This place (http://www.opensourcecms.com) has loads of demo installations of different packages you can check out, if it's just a basic site DEV (http://dev-wms.sourceforge.net) may be a good one to look at.

I find this very easy and it is free for five pages or less.
