'Yup

I've had the livebox for a couple of months now and I havent had time properly to set it all up with my current system configuration.

Basically, all I want it for is to be able to use the Wireless Talk service that Wanadoo is offering and I want to be able to phone out using my broadband connection as well.

However- I have a couple of problems.

Firstly, I have a Netgear Wireless ADSL router that connects my system and my missus laptop around our office upstairs and I dont want to get rid of it as its doing a splendid job so far- so how could I get both sets of equipment to work with each other please?

Secondly, the livebox needs a telephone phoneline plugged into it which is already being used by the router- everytime I want to use the livebox, it cuts out the line used by the router for our internet-- big pain in the ass.

Is there any help anyone can give me please?
Thanks.

Heyup Julie

I've only got round to trying my livebox out- after all this time!!
Been very busy round the house so I havent had time to sort it properly.

The lights are all blinking as they should- it appears to be a wanadoo problem though at the minute, unless its summat to do with my router as well??

Well

I've had a play about with the Livebox today and found that it wont play nicely with my router at all.

So what I'm having to do now is- use the Livebox facilities for making the cheaper calls and then disconnect it and plug in the router for my internet usage as my router is secure as Fort Knox at the moment.

Its a pain in the arse connecting and disconnecting again, but if thats how its gotta be, so be it!

im not sure but arnt the phone calls are only for the first 6 months, then you pay full,if thats the thing then you will need to cancel and return your livebox after 6 months, have a look and see if i was you:)
