Look out....England are on top form again.

England 47 - 13 Wales. Oh the bliss!!!!!! And not a dive, disputed decision, or tantrum to be seen.

Swing low..........

It was a superb second half, a lot of handling mistakes went unpunished thankfully.
The French are the toughest team this time around, they have a fit and hungry Castagnede back in the team, he's played well for the sara's this season and kept injury free, so one to watch.

Also well done the English womens RU team who beat Wales 38-15:clap:
The are on form to stop the NZ Black Ferns from a third world cup win in September.

Nice to see the French go down at Murrayfield. Should be a good game 'twixt England and Scotland.

Deffinately! Scots were very good (That hurt to say) however i thought the French where a mess, they could'nt change the game plan and tried to play loose and open. the Scots jumped on everything the french tried.
Hadden seems to be the saviour of Scottish rugby, who have played well without getting the results, noticably against New Zealand last Autumn.
It will be a great Calcutta cup battle but i think England have more ability to adapt.
I expect the Scots to play a kicking game for territory, knowing we are short of a Jason robinson type of player to run it straight back at them.

yesterday was a great day after the disspointment of loosing to NZ in the AI when we really should of won the game. The welsh looked poor and we began to run riot for the last 15 minutes.

My GF and I went to the walkabout in town and it seemed to me that lots of people were wearing England football shirts which was most strange, also there were lots of women in there with their boyfriends looking most confussed and on the whole rather bored.

Very surprised with the lack of power in the French scrum. We seemed to steamroller them quite easily. We need to practice line outs though.
All in all a great day out, Hope we do well against The English but it will be hard work
Ps, Did anybody see us on telly?:hihi:

Scott Murray's justified dismissal made the Wales-Sotland match very one-sided. A man advantage at rugby is more telling than in football and at that point, the game was certainly over as far as Scotland was concerned.
What a disappointment for travelling fans - weekend rugby travels are not cheap items - and to see hopes evaporate at such an early stage was a big let down for a careless piece of indiscipline.

Scotland did well to only lose by 10 points though and the Wales team must be asking themselves why they did not score more.

Rugby tickets are amazingly cheap when compared to football. GF and I are off to watch Tigers VS Wasps & Bath VS Scarlets in the Powergen Semi Final at Cardiff and it is only £18 for the day ! compare this with the £20 to sit in the Kop to watch Wedneday play.

WELL DONE SCOTLAND!!!!!

Fair result scottishdude. You played us off the park.

Mind you, the local lunatic asylum putting on a prematch display might have put us off a bit. :hihi:

The local "lunatics" were just making the Yorkshire folk feel at home as Braveheart seems to be one of the top 5 films down here.;)
A converted try would have beat us by 1 point and broke our hearts. Your kicker had a bad day with so many kicks failing to go into touch.
No Grand Slam but an exciting 4 way climax awaits us.

well well, a comprehensively great performance from Scotland. I think if I had been at home watching it on my own I might have burst a blood vessel and lost my voice. as it was I could pretend it all wasnt happening in the pub and try and focus on my pint. I thought England were so poor at throwing the ball around and deserved to lose with that mentality. what amazing defence from the scottish side to just keep those big white forwards out and snaffle the ball on so many occasions.

Well jesus christ,i think England's match could have been refereed better by a 5 year old. At least 2 of the 3 Ireland shouldn't have counted, even a amature could have spotted them! I am really, really p***** off about the result.

What an amazing 6 nations tournament.

Okay, the standard wasn't the highest its ever been but almost every single match (except England v France and Wales v Ireland) could still have been won by either side in the final quarter.

France deserved champions but if Ireland had been awake in the first 15 minutes against France they would have done the Grand Slam.

England have been playing the same boring style of rugby with absolutely zero flair for about 8 or 9 years now. Okay it won them the world cup but teams know how to play against them now. The back line don't have any imagination and every match they mess up several 2 man overlaps

We won, tee hee! I can get away with this, I married an English man and no matter what he says, I'll always back my country.
It'll be fun when we have kids.

All will come right for England by the Worldcup and while we may not win I think we will finish the highest of the home nations, as we normally do :-)
