If it's true that some type of concentration camp is being set up in America , I wonder if they'd have room to take some , or all , of our thugs , hooligans , muggers , bullies and other obnoxious violent offenders ?
They could rename them , ' Re-Education Camps ' [ as in the old Soviet Union ] or ' Special Labour Camps ' --------it doesn't matter really . Britain could pay for transportation ; it would still be cheaper than putting them in our Nicks , with their hotel-type facilities , and , who knows ? They might start to behave themselves !

Buffer zone to keep the people away from the inner workings of the site? One could argue that with 1.5m of thereabouts fencing, why the outposts?

I have also heard US govt had ordered several thousand railroad cars fitted with manacles. Although that was on some Conspiracy sit, so take with a pinch of salt. But there is never Fire withought Smoke (or is it Smoke without Fire.)

By the way these Camps etc. are supposed to be being set-up for mass riots expected in the States within the next few years brought about from a CIA report.
