Hi there. Experienced, professional magician available for hire. I specialise in children's parties & wedding receptions, but can easily work trade shows, dinner parties, pubs 'n' clubs, and anywhere you might need a little magic sprinkling! I also do juggling and balloon animals - ideal for school fetes etc.

Please PM for further details. Ta!

How much do you charge for a session?

That entirely depends on the kind of service you require. For kids parties I do two styles of performance. The first and most popular is the hour long slot which includes a 30 minute show, a 30 minute walk-about (chatting to kids, doing tricks one-to-one, making balloon animals etc), and a free gift for the child whose party it is. The second style is purely the 30 minute show. This is more suitable for 3 - 5 year olds, while the longer performance is better for 5 - 10(ish) year olds.

For wedding receptions etc., the price is totally dependant on what kind of show you want. I generally do walk-abouts at weddings, mingling with the guests, doing tricks to small groups, but mainly keeping the kids entertained (and thereby the parents happy). I also do walk-abouts in the meal part of the reception, between courses, before the speeches - again keeping kids and adults alike entertained and happy.

I will pm these details to you and prices also.

Cheers!

Mister Mystery.

Whoops! You haven't got your pm turned on! So, here are the prices:

Generally you're looking at £75 for an hour slot (whether that be kids party, wedding, dinner party, whatever).

The small kids show is charged at £40, and likewise if you only want a 30 minute show at a weding, dinner party or whatever, the £40 charge would apply.

Hi
I've not been looking for a magician, but I've been using a site called weddingology.co.uk. It's local to Sheffield and it's been a god send while I've been organising my wedding.

Yes, I already advertise on weddingology. Hope the site takes off! If anyone is looking for a magician for their wedding but need to see how good I am before hand, I'm table-hopping and also working in the bar area of the Exchange Bar & Grill (ex-Hanrahans) opp. Hallamshire Hospital on Friday night, the 21st April. Pop in and be amazed!!! :D

When my sister got married she hired a fantastic local magician called Nigel Francis who performed amazing tricks on a small portable table he took around the room.

His website is www.nigelfrancismagic.com

He performed some really clever technical sleight of hand stuff at every table. All the guests were raving about him and it made it a very memorable day. People still mention it now!

I think he called it Table Hopping.

I've still got a 20% off voucher that has no expiry date if anyone wants it.

He's well worth the money.

Email me your address if you want the voucher and I'll happily post it to you: email me at matt.watson1@tiscali.co.uk
