Apparently its tradition to call your Guitar a name.............

My husbands guitar is "Charlene" and my daughters guitar is "Eric"

If you have a guitar.....what do you call it?...and if you dont have one.........what would you call it if you did?

Never had a guitar, but my viola was called Florence.

I'd call mine Plunk...

my fender jazzmaster doesn't have a name, never really thought about it. :D

I have a guitar but havent named it yet, (even though my daughter keeps telling me i should!).........but if it sounded a bit more like a guitar when i played it i might!.......Plunk would definitely be a good name at the moment!

I have been playing every day for 7 years - without fail. It goes where i go.

I have never named it though. Its an Ibanez - therefore, that's its name!

I dont feel the need to name cars/guitars/possessions! :thumbsup:

Mine is called Twanger.... about sums up my ability to play it.
