Does anyone know anything about the white building on commercial St next to Canada House(the old gas board building)?It looks art deco,it has a carving of a naked woman diving out of the sky with the sun behind her on one side and on the other a naked man diving up out of a sea of flames.Who built it and what do these carvings signify.

I thought the carvings were supposed to represent Icarus and his father.

I now realise they can't be, as one of the figures is a female! Duh!
