Anyone know of anywhere good to go for a valentines meal? Possibly close to city centre or london road?

It will cost you a fortune from Donny 2 Sheffield, you'd be better off buying her a red silk nightie, red roses,a couple of bottles of red wine, and have a nice night in infront of the red hot fire.....oh after shes had a soak in the red hot bath with candles and bubbles of course.......its too bloody cold to go out mate:thumbsup:

Yes, went to Kumquat Mae last Valentine's night, and had a lovely meal. Even my ragingly carnivorous boyfriend enjoyed it!

However, the service was slow for the main dish, apparently the chef had forgotten about us, but she made it up by giving us our dessert for free. And it wasn't that long to way really...It's got a very relaxed atmosphere, and is very cosy, unless you're near the front door..
