Seems the Government wants doctors to give unhealthy people ,personal trainers.From birth apparantly,right up to our fifties.The over sixties are left out of course !Are us mature ladies going to miss out on those hunky male,trainers ! Give us a bit of joy,please,before we take to our zimmer frames. !!

yeah I heard that too and just cant wait to get one; it will save me an absolute fortune because they charge themselves out for anything from £25 ++++; however there's bound to be a catch.

Read a bit in the weekend telegraph about this...
MOT type check up at several points in your life, if you need it you may get an NHS trainer. Of course that means that only ppl that do not look after themselves already will be getting one...
